Christmas Morning!

Here we are on Christmas morning with Ella. Daddy and Mommy woke first and then heard someone moving around in their bed. When we went in to find Ella she was sitting in her crib reading one of her books, "Christmas in the Manger". It was so cute!

Of course, Santa's elves were busy on Christmas Eve and weren't sure if Ella would be excited the next morning. You can take a look for yourself and find out if Santa arrrived...I believe he did! Merry Christmas everyone!

We celebrated Ella's first birthday on 10/24/2007. We had our party a few days after. Granddaddy and Grandmommy Hardin were able to make it up from NC for the party as well as all of Dan's family who is right in our area. Elmo was our theme. Ella goes crazy for Elmo! It is amazing how much one little person grows over a twelve month period. We are looking forward to another exciting year!

Before Halloween Dan, Ella, Gammy Steele, Grandpap Steele and I headed for the nearby pumpkin patch to take a hayride to choose a worthy pumpkin. Here are a few photos...enjoy!
