Look at those gorgeous curls!

Since Easter arrived so early this year, it was certainly cold here in our neck of the woods in Pennsylvania. We attended church with Gammy and Grandpap Steele at the Catholic church. Later the Steele/Dettorre families gathered at Dan's parent's house for Easter lunch. The meal was delicious as usual. My favorite was Aunt Kathy's new salad. I even ate salad for dessert it was so good!

On a very sad note, it was our last meal as a family with Uncle Angelo. Unfortunately, he passed away several weeks later. It has been a very tough twelve month span for Dan's family with the loss of three very dear family members, his sister, his grandpap, and now his great uncle.

Easter is always a sign that Spring is on its way. I am looking forward to the newness that Spring brings and for warmer, happier weather. We all desperately need a shot of sunshine!
